Our Story
Jeff Korando founded Korando Heating & Cooling in October 2005 while still working full-time as a maintenance technician at Sabreliner Corporation. In January 2007, he relocated the company to its current home at 1941 State Street in Chester, IL, and by May of that year, he made the leap to focus on the business full time. Since then, Korando Heating & Cooling has steadily grown—now employing a skilled team of eight and supporting seven local families. We take pride in offering competitive wages, retirement benefits, paid vacation, insurance allowances, performance bonuses, and other incentives that reward hard work and dedication. It’s been an honor to serve Chester and the surrounding communities, and we look forward to many more years of delivering dependable comfort and service.
